Thank you for shopping with Paw-Lates Socks! We take pride in delivering every order with care and efficiency. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we handle deliveries within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom sock orders (featuring your pet) may take up to 7–10 business days for production before shipping.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at pawlatessocks@gmail.com.
We’ll investigate and make it right.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
